Ingredients

  • ½ banana (frozen is best)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds – GREAT for omega 3!
  • 2 cups leafy greens
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

Directions

Raw cacao nibs aren’t a must but they sure add to the flavor and they have tons of vitamins your body can easily use. Some consider chocolate to be a superfood, I just find it delicious. Blend everything together and enjoy
