INGREDIENTS:
• 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato, cold
• 1¼ cups vanilla soymilk
• 1 can French vanilla yogurt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon honey

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Cut the cooked sweet potato into small pieces
2. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blend until a smooth liquid is formed
