Ingredients

    Brisket:
  • beef brisket – 4 pounds
  • sliced onions – 2 large
  • garlic cloves – 7 minced
  • beef broth – 2 cups
  • Paprika – 3 tbsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Cumin – 1 tbsp.
  • Chili powder – 1 tbsp.
  • Dark brown sugar, packed – 1 tbsp.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Cayenne pepper – 1 tsp.
  • Freshly ground pepper and coarse salt – to taste
  • 6-8 hamburger buns – 6-8
  • BBQ Sauce:
  • ketchup – 1 cup
  • brown sugar, packed – ½ cup
  • water – ½ cup
  • Cider vinegar – 3 tbsp.
  • Worcestershire sauce – 3 tbsp.
  • Adobo sauce – 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic powder – 1 ½ tsp.
  • freshly ground pepper – as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a huge dish, combine BBQ fixings: ketchup, water, vinegar, adobo sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cocoa sugar, salt, and pepper. Empty blend into the moderate cooker.
